Privacy Policy

Placesheet is a search and export tool built on Google Places data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how long it is retained.

What We Collect

We process search inputs such as place type, city/coordinates, and radius. We keep short-lived operational logs including IP address, timestamp, and usage counters for rate limiting and reliability.

Search Result Retention

Search results are stored in short-lived server memory to support repeated searches, export downloads, and email sends in the same active runtime. These in-memory results expire automatically and are not persisted as long-lived records.

Current retention windows: in-memory search result cache up to 2 hours; operational search/download/block logs are cleaned after approximately 48 hours.

Email Feature

If you use email send, the address you provide is used only to send the requested result. It is not stored as a marketing list.

Third-Party Services

Placesheet uses Google Maps Platform APIs and SendGrid for optional email delivery. Their policies apply to their services.
